Life's about dancing in the rain..

It had been really rainy all week and we had been spending a LOT of time in the driveway playing w bikes at any sign of sunshine. One afternoon while Shae & Sierra were being picked up, it started to rain. We all got a little wet while I helped Mark get the girls fast in the car, then it started to POUR!! I knew I had Ethan for just about 15 more minutes, so I striped them down and let them play! (FYI, my son would be in under roos too, except he isnt wearing any...we are going through a no underwear or no pants phase. That day, pants won.)

Since adding the pasta, rice, pots & pans the kids have really been into 'cooking" and "serving". Ive always LOVED playing house growing up and it's amazing to see them chatter and pretend to be GROWN!! Its hilarious to see how they interpret their grown up influences. Video of this to come...bc they are something else! Shae was on the phone for a while chit chatting it upwith someone and it was too cute!! She says "I'm just chillaxin at Miss Coreys!" LOL!!!

This is an EXACT quote! haha Shae: "I'm just CHILLAXIN at Miss Corey's!" LOL!!

Garage Camping & a Visit from the Queen of the Night!

The GIRLS were having a sleepover in the playroom, so the BOYS decided to go campout in the garage. We have these really cool tents but STILL they wanted to be on the floor. lol

Just as I was turning around to go check on the girls Payton comes flying around the corner!! "Look at me EVERYONE! I am the QUEEN of the nIGHT! haha. 

It was hysterical!

When life gives you old bananas, Make Banana Bread!

For the second week in a row I was about to throw out some brown bananas! The kids wont eat and lets be honest when they start to mush..neither do I. But I knew that we could cook them or make them into something so I hunted on google to find a recipe for 2 RIPE Bananas! :) Gotta LOVE google! We made Banana Bread (and mini muffins too!)

A package arrived today and I had almost forgotten what I had even ordered. But it was here! YAY! My package from Vistaprint. I was so happy when I completed our daycare logo that I just had to get it printed on stuff!! :) I have always been a huge fan of my name in print, and even though CoCo isn't my "name" its mine non the less and I was like a kid in the candy shop when I was opening everything up!! :)
I got mugs, I got t-shirts, I got tote bags! I got ONE heck of a deal. && when I saw the kids bags I was THRILLED!
The kids were actually more excited than me when I showed them their new bags!!

TOTE BAGS

Each child brings their nap stuff to and from my house. Monday they bring it and Friday I send it home to be washed. They all usually carry their blankets and things in those reusable grocery bags that are all the rage these days. I had been wanting to get the kids a personalized daycare bag and was excited to order them on vistaprint soo cheap. They are a tad bit smaller than I had thought (no I never bothered to check what the measurements were!) But they are perfect for the things that they bring if the parents wanna use them that way!

I just couldn't resist getting the mugs! Those who know me know I LOVE my COFFEE! & If you are a parent at my darecare you pretty much see it glued to my hand at drop off. :) So why not!?! && did I mention <3 them!!

GROWN UP TOTES
I knew I would need a bigger bag than the kids and of course I had to get one for my Mom & Mother in Law too so I did, and they are cuuuuute!
